There is a €20 fee per certified copy or 'Cert' (S.I. No. 7 of 2018)

All transactions must be made in Euro (€). Any payments made in a foreign currency must cover all associated transaction fees, currency conversion costs, and banking charges.

Payments can only be accepted by Bank Transfer and your bank can advise you how to do this if you are unsure.
